Important point here: 500 * 8 * 32 == 128000 sectors, or 64MB. i.e.
this probably the size used to create the fdisk partition. So I
suspect your BIOS is old enough to somehow insist on CHS values rather
than
LBA, and we are taking the cylinder count at face value in fdisk.

I'm guessing your other disk had similarly restricted CHS values that
resulted in a small MBR partition being created that simply filled up
the size according to the CHS values.

So your immediate solution is to choose (E)dit, change the OpenBSD
bounds, and then 'A'uto to auto allocate the larger space.
