Probably open to debate whether people should be told to expect binary
incompatibilities across OpenBSD releases. I haven't narrowed down when
architectures might be compatible (e.g., can the same files be used
across i386 and amd64?), but they definitely don't work in some cases
(for example ppc and amd64).
