Joel, as I've told you before you should use a snapshot:
ftp://ftp.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/snapshots/amd64/
We simply cannot support users with custom OpenBSD
kernels esp. made out of current and stable. Please
use a clean 5.8-beta installation.

I have also asked you for the VM configuration as in
OpenBSD VM configuration file. I'm not sure how this
xen.info file is supposed to help us.

Make sure that you've got your console configured as a
serial device and you're capturing all of the output.

Regards,
Mike
