Tested ok on my US layouts keyboards.

I see that there is a new extra AZERTY layout definition for french.
People using a french keyboard may want to give it a try using
the "setxkbmap 'fr(azerty)'" command in a terminal.

It appears to implement only the basic set of french characters, which
is the layout that has recently been criticized by the french
government¹, so I don't really see the point.

But anyways it doesn't seem to interfere with the default 'fr'
layout.
