Tested ok on my US layouts keyboards. I see that there is a new extra AZERTY layout definition for french. People using a french keyboard may want to give it a try using the "setxkbmap 'fr(azerty)'" command in a terminal. It appears to implement only the basic set of french characters, which is the layout that has recently been criticized by the french government¹, so I don't really see the point. But anyways it doesn't seem to interfere with the default 'fr' layout. So ok matthieu@ ¹) http://www.theverge.com/2016/1/21/10805562/france-change-keyboard-layout-azerty -- Matthieu Herrb
