There are two defensible ways to spell out RIPE.  This...

     -r      Use the R´eseaux IP Europ´eens (RIPE) database.

... is not one of them.  I'd prefer to use the proper diacritics,
but since mandoc_char(7) admonishes me not to, here's the plain
ASCII variant:
