Hi,

I saw the r1.9 for if_fec.c and then it says it was tested on SABRE lite by
Patrick.

I tested on Wandboard Solo again. Now fec(4) shows up, however can't ping
anything. I can confirm it's not a network related issue, since I can ping from
within u-boot.

The leds on the Ethernet port are turned off. Maybe still something
related to this IRQ thing.
