- "debug" in resolv.conf(5)
- RES_DEBUG in resolver(3)

Looking at the actual code, though, it appears that they would always be
ignored - which is fine I think.  Gotta ask the usual suspects.

- "edns0" in resolv.conf(5)
- RES_USE_EDNS0 and RES_USE_DNSSEC in resolver(3)
No need to specify "By default..."
