Problem looks to be in wdcstart. Looks like it is being called with a null channel pointer. Not sure if this got whacked because channel 0 has no devices or if there is some other ptoblem with the CD (which seems to be attached to channel 1). Also noticed you only assigned 128MB to the machine.
