We simply leave the tty column so users can still do the `ldomctl status ; cu -l ttyV0' dance manually as they have been doing all the time incl. the familiar ~ escape (incl. nested escapes and all that) or they do `ldomctl console guest1' which does a good job as being a convenience wrapper. I understand using # is a proposal that potentially messes with a lot of finger muscle memory, so if there is too much concern/doubt I'm happy to leave it as is.
