Somewhere along the line, the web pages were changed to no longer reference those pages, and that is a shame.
It is a shame that the old errata pages don't point at those files. They aren't quite in the same format, but why not try to show the history of our work? If we start saying we don't need to document 20 years ago, what's the difference with saying we don't need to document 2 years ago?
