`M-/foo<Enter>CM-x' seems like the canonical way to quickly close
ignored windows, but also in general I consider search to be inclusive.

It kills the last effective way to select such windows:  What if there
is no mouse?  What if there are lots of windows and you have to
reshuffle by moving or pushing them to the background in order to find
ignored windows?

Seems like a big step backward;  I think the current ignore semantics
are useful and sane as they are.
