Create, maintain, support SQL Server databases. Build high availability systems by using clustering, mirroring. Research and resolve SQL Server software and database issues Establish and maintain backup and recovery processes Basic knowledge of BMC Patrol for SQL Server Expertise in SQL Litespeed. Expert knowledge of SQL database security. Experence with monitoring and tuning of SQL Server 2005 system Competencies: Analytical Skills Knowledge/Experience: Must have at least 5+ years SQL Server experience Must have experience with SQL Server 2000/2005 Strong Enterprise environment experience Strong background in BMC Patrol is desirable Knowledge of additional DBMS's is a plus Must have strong Windows background Skills: Must have a strong problem research and resolution skills. Must have performance monitoring and tuning background Must have experience in large enterprise environment Must have stong background knowlede of Active directory security.
