Ron,

Since my NT4 server was up to SP6a, I hit the Product Updates on the
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com site and it scanned my machine and let me
load the critical updates.  That took care of the problem.  On the
Win2000Pro system, I had to install SP2 before it would let me have the
updates.

A look in the Add/Remove Programs Control  Panel (W2KPro) shows that Q293826
and Q300972 were installed.      I can't reach the NT4 machine (routing
problems in our area today), but I suspect these are the same.
