The last time I tried this, it didn't work for me either.  As for broadcast address, 
it is the highest one in the scope.  For example, if you have 192.168.0.0 for a 
network with a 255.255.255.192 mask,  192.168.0.63 would be the broadcast address.

I am trying to configure our DHCP server on an NT 4.0 box for a second IP
range.  The first scope works perfectly.  I have created a second scope with
a different subnetmask.  But,  none of the clients seem to pick up the new
addresses.  I think it is an issue with the broadcast address.  How do I
determine what the broadcast address should be?
