Még valami: az O'Reilly SSH: The Secure Shell Definitive Guide szerint az
SSH2-ben van egy AllowedAuthentications és egy RequiredAuthentications
direktíva, amelyekkel megoldható a dolog:
AllowedAuthentications publickey,password
RequiredAuthentications publickey,password
de ezt az OpenSSH nem ismeri.
