I did simple tasks of publishing meeting notes in the right places.
The biggest action item from last meeting is to create virtualisation
package set. I am not sure how to do it, so I'm trying to document the
process:

1) Create team ~<packageset>-dev
 - Set Owner - DMB
 - Set membership policy to restricted
 - Add ubuntu-core dev as a member
 - Add this new team to be a member of ~ubuntu-dev

2) Ask favourite TechBoard member to grand this new team upload rights
to the requested packages?! (or is it -> create packageset from
requested packages, and grant the team upload rights to the new
packageset?!)

3) Add person to the team.

Does above sound roughly correct?! And if yes, I can start working on
the first step, since second one is fuzzy to me.
