Yes, it's that time of year when it's hard to know what's going on! I think as the majority of participants are in US timezones we will meet at 8am Eastern (with Daylight Savings started) which I think is your normal time, which is 12 UTC (no daylight savings yet), 1pm in Europe and 8pm in Singapore. Sorry if I've got that wrong.
