I'm not going to quote all of your message because it's very long and drawn
out. But yes, absolutely right, no operating system or user is completely safe
and anybody who believes they are is either living in a sand pit with their
head buried in the sand or they are exceedingly arrogant and they deserve to be
hacked.
Nobody, absolutely nobody who runs a computer system with access to a network
or to influences of data from the outside world, is secure. Those people who
say things like "Nobody can harm my computer because I run, blah blah blah"
deserve to be taught a good harsh lesson.
