OH no I mean with the carriers push it out. not the devs. The dev pushes it out to sprint let's say but sprint decides in the end weather to push it out to what ever phone. It might be different where you live, but here that's how they do things and it sucks big time .
and I know of a beta tester who tested it and is not happy with it. He could not say why, but I'm sure he will at some point.
