Hi Sarah Most studio compatible mixer decks will allow you to do this very easily since they have independent outputs for "Monitor" and "Feed". I use a deck like this very frequently and by the sounds of what you've said below, I think that if you were to invest in, beg, steal or borrow such a mixer deck you'd be able to do this without any additional equipment.
