I actually was recommended this for from a friend of mine and I think I'll
stick to this.

I hold staff meetings for our station and skype sometimes is not the best
option especially when one of my staff are at church, which actually happened.

Enter http://freeconferencepro.com

Their set up unlike http://freeconferencecall is very accessible and the
control panel works very well for the blind. I already emailed them with a
question and they got back to me the next day. You can even set up a custom
greeting that I believe someone records. I get mine in about 15 days. like for
example you could say

Welcome to the techno chat access conference room. Please keep things on topic
and clean and please respect all who are in here. Please enter your access
code now.

Ok. only 25 words are allowed but you get the point.

You then have several modes whilst in the call you can be in, but I won't go in
to this ear as my hands are getting tired. If they offer services similar to
http://simplevoicecenter.com which needs a lot of work in terms of
accessibility I might switch everything including my podcast comment line to
them. I am very satisfied with customer service and accessibility and hope they
never change. If you have any questions email me off list and I'll try and get
back to you with in 3 or 4 days.

Take care all and be blessed.

P.S. I forgot to add the numbers you are given to dial for the line are us
only. you can set your own access code let's say to spell technochat.
