I haven't yet tried it with Jaws as I've had to do a total Windows reinstall 
and, to be honest, the problem there was actually caused by Jaws's installer 
being far far too aggressive.

So, to answer your question, Window-Eyes.  But I'm sure it would work with Jaws.
