We are having an issue and we are not sure if it is our talking ID or our phone. Our phone is a Panisonic that Had a talking ID that is no longer working so we bought another Talking ID. It works as long as you are not on a call but if you are talking to some one that phone will beep to let you know someone is trying to call but the External ID will not anounce the number. it use to do this. We talked to A T&T to see if there was a problem on there End but they said it was with our equiptment. Does anyone have any ideas on how we could solve the problem. would it help to replace the external Talking ID our replace the phone? your ideas will be appreciated. Bill Deatherage
