Hi all OK, here's one. We are having great difficulty getting Outlook 2010 to talk to our mail servers. For some strange reason, despite the fact that every other client we've tried works with our servers, Microsoft Outlook 2010 simply refuses to talk to them. I have no idea why, as we've got all the ports and protocols set correctly. Sadly, Microsoft Outlook is notoriously bad at diagnosing errors, or even presenting them in such a way that they make sense when trying to troubleshoot. Outlook never seems to want to expose the technical data so one can really see what is going on. Is there a way to change this behaviour?
