Hello everybody Gordon has worked tirelessly over the last few days and now, finally, Sparkle Radio is up and running. Well, at least, we are on automated test. If you're interested, there is a kind of not yet quite perfected website at: <http://www.sparkle-radio.net> and there is a direct iTunes/Winamp link to our stream here: <listen.sparkle-radio.net:5502> if you want to use our own dedicated flash player. you should be able to access it from our website. We have worked hard to make this thing totally accessible and, although the website isn't quite right yet, I have no problem posting it to the group and inviting off-list comment. Well, if you really want to comment on list I guess that's ok, but it might be kinder to others if you don't. :)
We are still seeking presenters, not just of music shows and not necessarily live. We would very much like to include things like technical reviews, demos, that sort of thing. We would be happy to make things like that available on demand. Again, feel free to get back to us if you are interested in anything related to the project. Frustratingly, we have had a couple of shows of interest but when the time came they just seem to have changed their minds and vanished. But we've also had some very positive feedback and for that we are grateful. We want to make this thing work, and we would very much like to involve the community.
