Hello everybody As I write, Gordon is just finalising the first edition of Techno Chat, which we have decided to call the technology programme we will host on Sparkle Radio.
The first edition contains a couple of surprises, not the least of which is, and lord only knows what possessed me to agree, a small discussion which introduces Sparkle Radio, with some idiot called Lynne posing the questions, and Gordon Smith, (alias Robbie Gordon) answering them. So, those of you who know me, here is probably your only chance to hear my horrible voice digitised forever in this programme. I've told Gordon that, if he ever..ever..ever..ever! tries to rope me into anything like this again, I will be filing for D.I.V.O.R.C.E!;-) Anyway, to the point. We are hoping, (at least he is) that this programme will be ready to go to air early this evening. He is planning to arrange a schedule so that this, and all subsequent episodes of Techno Chat will go to air as priority events on Sparkle Radio throughout the coming days. He will give you more information when that is in place. For the moment, and this is meant very sincerely, we would like to express our gratitude to Chris Hallsworth for permitting us to use his recorded material on our programme. Chris, I hope you don't mind but we needed to make a number of small edits so that your demonstration fitted our requirements. But rest assured that nothing of consequence was removed and we welcome any comment which you may wish to make should you tune into the final result. We will place information, (and there are already access links to) the Sparkle Radio players, including the in-page, but universally accessible flash version, on our website, <http://www.sparkle-radio.net/Index.html> and we will announce the times when this show is to start, along with its length etc., on this list hopefully later this evening. And now, let me go and make him a bed up on the couch! Well, not really, but well, 'rem, well, I'm so darn embarrassed to hear my voice in that recording and if he dares to try it again, well, I've already told you what I will do! LOL. More on this later.
