Hi! Just received this in the post today and I'm quite excited about the radio.
The Sangean WFR-28D radio is a small portable that packs a heap of features into its shiny glossy cabinet, its a fully functional Internet Radio, DAB+ Radio, FM Radio and Music player. I'm going to have to get some sighted help to get the radio connected to my Wi-Fi network but once that's done I shouldn't have a problem on the proviso that the iSangean Remote Controller App for the radio is accessible? I'll let you all know how I get on. To wet your appetite even further, the WFR-28D can run on either AC power or 4 D cell batteries and you can either use Alkaline or Rechargeable types, the radio is equipped with a built-in rapid battery charger. Buttons on the radio are well laid out and easily identifable. The radio has a full range 3 inch speaker and also offers a line-out socket for connection to a larger stereo system etc. A USB port is provided for music playback, radio recording and updating of firmware.
