Just because the device has a Wi-Fi network component it doesn't mean that it 
will connect to the Internet, the Soundlink Air has no need for connectivity to 
the Internet itself given that - even suppose it need connectivity to the 
Internet - the Soundlink Air could easily gain that from the Wi-Fi network its 
connected to, we're talking here about an "Airplay" device/player and not an 
Internet music player.
