oh! My apology. Now I see what you're asking! my bad.

you know… I never had any luck getting it to pair with any other device. it's
kind of funny. I got it to pair with an old android tablet that I had running
ice cream sandwich, but once I rooted The device and installed Cianoginmod
jellybean, it really messed things up regarding the Bluetooth communication.
just another reason why I do not route, or hack/jailbreak my devices. I used
to, but not anymore. anyway, I'm going off on a bit of the tangents. The point
is, I was unable to get it to pair very easily with any type of computer unless
it was running OS X. I had an old windows XP laptop, which had Bluetooth, and I
was completely unable to get that to work. just for clarification, I don't mean
the Bluetooth didn't work in a hole, I mean it did not work with the Apple
keyboard. I could not even get the dad blame thing to show up in the list of
devices which could be paired/connected. yes. I did make sure that the device
was in discovery mode. trust me. I'm not that far gone. even that didn't work.
Now, this being said, any other type of Bluetooth keyboard, headset, Bluetooth
speaker, etc., I could get two pair no problem. So I know that this is not a
problem with the Bluetooth Stack. I have heard of people who have done certain
hacks which supposedly, keyword… Supposedly… Were supposed to work… However I
tried them, and never had any success. plus, I wouldn't recommend doing them,
unless you darn well know what you're doing. Some of them involve going into
regedit and manually editing the registry. one of them even involved D
compiling a DLL file, and then manually editing it by hand. Better you than me,
if that something you want to try. more power to you. I'll let you be the
guinea pig. The bottom line being, I have tried everything, and cannot get the
keyboard to work on a Windows machine, or any other device, with the exception
of that android tablet before I rooted The thing.
