Hi!

Just following on from one of the topics Ted mentioned in his email, the 
subject of Twitter.

I’m sure many of you use Twitter and enjoy the power of Twitter, in my view 
Twitter is an under used resource and we should make the most of it whilst we 
have it.

I don’t think Twitter will be going anywhere any time soon but it doesn’t have 
anywhere near the users that say Facebook has.

Anyway regardless of that Twitter can be used to keep you immediately updated 
on your favourite subjects, in my case software and tech developments.

I follow a specific site which deals with software updates for Mac Apps for 
example and I’m sure other list members might use Twitter to follow sporting 
results or various trends.

There’s a very good book available which is a great help for those starting out 
with Twitter or for those who just want a good Twitter reference on the shelf 
convenient to lookup every now and then, the book is entitled Tweeting Blind 
and is available in multiple formats - including Braille - from the National 
Braille Press.
