Here’s an App for the cooks amongst you. I’ve been exploring the Windows version of the Paprika Recipe Management App for the last hour.
Before I go any further I think it appropriate to mention that Paprika is a cross platform App meaning versions are available for not only Windows but for Mac OSX, IOS and Android. When you first launch Paprika on whatever platform you’re using you’re asked to either login or create a Paprika Cloud account which syncs your recipes across your devices so I had some recipes to start with given I already own Paprika for Mac and iPhone, just downloaded the Android version of Paprika today so will take a look at it later on. Adding a recipe with Paprika for Windows is easy enough, just click on the “Add” button and fill in the fields. For much of this App you’re going to have to use your JAWS cursor or similar to navigate and find the buttons to activate the functions you want, easy enough I would have thought. Menus are also included here but at least we have some way of accessing those. Now off to import some more recipes, if things are the same with Paprika for Windows then all I need do is to find a recipe web page with a particular recipe displayed, paste the URL into Paprika, make any additional modifications to the recipe if required and then click on the save button, Done! ********** Those of a positive and enquiring frame of mind will leave the rest of the halfwits in this world behind.
