I’m not going to comment too much further on this either as I’m not in a position to but all I will say in following up on your comments is that only the top metal plate of the skipper gets warm. I looked on the support pages for the MM1’s and B&W say this is “Perfectly normal”, a hardly helpful statement I suppose but there we are. Given the size of these speakers? Well they do take a considerable amount of power if you look at the specs and the heat has to go somewhere.
