Hi!
I bought one of these a week ago and it was delivered yesterday, I've
spent the morning setting up the oven and finding out how it works.
I'll leave the cooking part to your imagination and only discuss the
tecnical details here.
Regarding the accessibility/useability of the oven:
The controls are raised buttons which are long from left to right and a
jog dial sits above them.
The user Interface is okay to get around so long as you know what the
buttons are first and the manual - to my surprise - does a good job at
informing the user with no vision exactly where each button is and what
it does.
The buttons are described from top top to bottom, left to right.
The dial is used to enter cooking times and change functions, a little
bit of a pain to enter times however the dial can be bypassed by using
the start/enter/+1 button when a cooking program is activated, press the
button once to increase time.
So the geneeral sequence is, press the function button - say microwave
power level - and press that function button again to change or use the
jog-dial, the default power level is high and there are 11 power levels
in all, turning the dial anti-clockwise decreases the level which wraps
around or use the function button, a little practise makes oerfect <smile>.
This model of oven is also a convection cooking model and contains two
grilling elements.
I'll leave the description of the oven for now as lunchtime is fast
approaching.
