Hi!
I appreciate that not everyone can afford the latest and greatest phone
and nor does everyone want or need the latest and greatest so here's a
suggestion for those who are looking for a premium phone and that's the
Samsung Galaxy S6.
I really recommend this phone given that's just happened with my much
loved and used S6, Android 7.0 Nougat has just downloaded and installed
itself so this phone has gone well beyond my wildest expectations.
When I bought the phone in late 2015 I was told that it would support
Android 5.0, that was the latest available at the time and then came
Version 6.0.
It took a while but Samsung released an Android 6.0 update for the S6
and I honestly thought that would be the end of the line.
No, the S6 doesn't have a SD Card slot but I've never required that
expansion, I have the 64GB model which has never come close to being at
full capacity - even with my full favorite music collection onboard -
that's over two and a half thousand tracks -.
The sound through the speaker is quite reasonable - the Galaxy S8 I now
have is a little better - and in many ways I prefer the shape of the
Galaxy S6, easier to hokd in the hand with its square edges.
One problem I find with the Galaxy S6 that's been fixed with the new
design of the S8, the S6 can slip and slide all over the place if you're
not careful.
Anyway - for those looking for a Premium phone without the price tag of
a new one - perhaps you should consider the Samsung S6 on your shopping
list.
