Hi!
I linked my Dyson Hot+Cool/Purifier machine to Amazon Alexa this morning
and I'm now able to issue the Dyson commands by voice through my Alexa
Echo, Dot, Tap and so on.
The Hot+cool/purifier is exactly that, a device capable of heating and
cooling the air along with an air purification function.
The machine connects to your home network via a conventional Wi-Fi setup
which you set from the Dyson Link App on your Android or IOS device.
You use the "Dyson Skill" to allow the linking of your Dyson product to
your Alexa Eco system, here are some of the voice commands you can use
to control the equipment.
Dyson to turn on
Alexa, ask Dyson to turn on night mode
Alexa, ask Dyson to turn off auto mode
Alexa, ask Dyson to increase the speed
Alexa, ask Dyson to set my speed to 7
Alexa, ask Dyson how fast it is running
Alexa, ask Dyson for the indoor air quality level
Alexa, ask Dyson for the temperature
Alexa, ask Dyson for the indoor humidity
Alexa, ask Dyson to explain auto mode
Alexa, ask Dyson to explain PM2.5
Alexa, ask Dyson to explain night mode
Alexa, ask Dyson how much filter life is remaining
