Emerson Model: TC1972D Symptom: DEAD relay clicks Mfd.(1993) With power off IC504 5.0v standby regulator input (13.5vdc). power up drops to (4.9vdc in) and (4.9vdc out) to D126 cathode. anode of D126 (-49vdc) to R177 other side of R177 (0.0vdc) then goes back to L501. Obvious diodes and resistors in general area check ok, filter caps (SEEM) to check ok <(which doesn't mean diddly)...!!! NO PRINT.... any ideas or suggestions...???
