Gerald, It appears from what I found and what i saw in the other posts, jungle IC is going to be your culprit.... I would say "GL" but i don't think your gonna need it.... "joe" ================================= Sony KV27XBR45 Problem: Unit had audio had high voltage but had black screen with 3 lines flash at top.
Fix: replaced jungle ic (cxa1477as) ================================= SONY jungle IC's 3 diffrent ones in 3 diffrent sets. KV27XBR45 had blanking in center of screen the vertical output ramp had an extra spike on it. Replaced CXA1477AS now works fine. ================================= KV27V66 no horz sink not menu adjustable put in a new ic301 CXA2133S works good now ================================= KV32S45 black no picture no video no color, IC351 had video in but garbage out the led would blink 1 ea sec replaced IC351 (CXA2095S) came right on and worked great. ================================= Sony KV27XBR45 Ch# SCC-H81A-A Unit is trying to constantly adjust the vertical height and horizontal size intermittently. When monitoring the E/W Pin output of the M board the signal was very instable. It was decided to replace IC301 the Jungle IC.
