Problem: Bright screen with retrace lines and pic up from bottom 2 inches.
Fix:
Another shop was looking at this unit. Replaced Q2906, vertical IC and
several caps in the vertical circuit. Still didn't fix the problem. Found
the screen control on the flyback turned all the way up. Adjusted to take
care of the bright screen. To fix the vertical problem, I used the vertical
control on the back of the set. Unit is good to go.
