Walter, We absolutely HATE svc data in anything but a paper format. We do not have laptops to take on svc calls and it is really nasty to remove the marker tracings of the circuits from the computer screen. IMHO paper is the only way to go . Having said/ vented my fustrations at trying to track schematics on a computer screen, (and wasting hours at it, not to mention that printing out a schematic averages $32.00 per at Kinkos); a disk is better than nothing- but not too much.
I would say we might go 25-35.00 tops for the info on disk, as we would still have to buy paper manuals or have them printed out for svc. calls.
