[Techs] Zenith SG2516TR... Main 9-911-2...no power

  I know this is short, but I have to go in for back surgery at the VA 
in Houston, TX any time now. ICX9431, as far as I can tell, does not 
check good, so I have one on order.  (pt. no. 223-28-0225) Could anyone 
confirm this, pease? Also, resistor RX32434 checks open ...(43ohm?)
   I have no schematics, so any help has a check in the mail.
