Went on service call on this to find no video tuner or A/V mode/audio OK. When in tuner, it appears to be no tuner function because with a signal, still just hear the snow sound. Front LED panel is lit and flashes the channel number continuously Go into convergence mode, the cross appears, though dimly. Checked, R555, R441. D416 has 33vdc on it and replaced C555. And went over the board for bad solder.
I have no schematic, but it seems there may be more than one problem unless there is a common voltage missing for the tuner and video. Any ideas, or a print? Thank you.
