set came into shop dead. found D-3410 shorted and replaced with NTE 577. Set runs now, but has what looks like a degausing effect running from top to bottom of the screen very rapidly...everything changes from green to red to blue very rapidly...can't really describe it much better than that...and have never seen anything like it before. Has someone seen this? Thanks for any help
