This STR30130 is a 130 vdc B+ regulator... Pin 3 should be raw B+ 155-165...
If you don't have it at the filter cap check there... There is probably a 10w low ohm resistor in-between the raw an reg B+ check that too... Mo Dale Fey's Electronics 2027 S.
