Mitsubishi PTV Model: VS6017R Problem: Sound but no picture. Customer said that several months ago they had to hit the power button a couple of times to get the unit to come on. As time went on it got worse till it would not come on at all. I've worked on several of these units before and always found bad solder joints on the main PWB. Found several bad joints and some bad capacitors in the PS. Now the unit comes on with sound but no picture. Found R851 burnt. Unit has HV. Sent the board off to PTS and they repaired the board. Installed repaired board and same problem. Anyone have a print of this unit? Also, the board on the front of the TV needs to be replaced. Customer broke the power button off and it is un-repairable. Any help appreciated. TIA!
