[Techs] Zenith B27A11Z

[Harrells Electronics]

Hello Techs   Have and 27 inch Zenith lighting strike, model B27A11Z 
replaced vertical and hot no high volts could someone please lead me in 
the right direction of what to check . Any tips would be greatly
