Has anyone received their new Sony ESI program yet (this is the newest version that uses DVDs instead of CDs)? Well we got ours yesterday and had no problem doing the setup from the setup disc (which is a CD). It is the other discs that actually contain the service manuals that are DVDs. I have three computers here with three different DVD players and/or DVD-R/RWs and cannot read the data on the DVDs nor can I load the service manual data from them (it acts like the discs are an invalid media format). I was wondering if anyone else has encountered this also. And I forgot to add, I did uninstall the previous version like the installation instructions said. This new version is version 1.2
