That's what I thought, (protective film), but the way customer explained it he was 
sure it was supposed to be there & he had damaged it.  I forgot to mention he had 
dropped it a short distance, & thats when he saw the scratch.  Played w/it & said he 
made it a little worse, like he was peeling away the tint, that belonged there???
     Next time he stops in I'll ask him to look more closely or bring it in.
