Set came in with complaint of being dead but I ran it for 2 weeks and could never dulicate complaint, now it is dead, U13102 the EE Prom has 4.9Vdc on pin 8, pins 5 & 6 have only abt. 2.0Vdc, replaced the EE Prom to no avail. Checked on the micro U13101 pins 23 & 24 and have only abt. 2.0Vdc instead of 5.0Vdc. Unsoldering pins 23 & 24 from the pads the pads come up to 5.0Vdc. Any suggestions besides the micro, I just want to be sure before going to all the trouble of changing the micro.
