That looks like a 150v zener...

Sony\KV27V20\Dead\Q602*Q602* the VDRs* .1 ohm resistor replaced. Plug in instant short 
again\\\D648  (150V
zener) across the +130V source to ground. May check OK\\\\\\\\

I believe this is similar.

Found (D648) shorted on power supply (G) board. Nothing else. # on
(D648) (ZD1506N). Can someone tell me if I can replace with a standard
