Joe, That looks like a 150v zener... >From Tech Repair CD: Sony\KV27V20\Dead\Q602*Q602* the VDRs* .1 ohm resistor replaced. Plug in instant short again\\\D648 (150V zener) across the +130V source to ground. May check OK\\\\\\\\
