Hi This set came in last week.It has a switching power supply.The driver transistor Q903 has a 157.5V on its collector and 0.293 on the base.I don't have a scope so I can't tell whether the oscillator is running or not.the oscillator transistor Q951 has 6.74V on the collector,1.38V on the base and 2.25V on the emitter.
